Matt Santry is the Managing Director of Dream Doors East Auckland. As franchise owner since 2018, Matt serves as the lead consultant, guiding customers from their initial consultation through to sale, and remaining their primary point of contact until each project is completed.
He brings practical, customer-focused leadership to every job, supported by a team who manage installations and delivery.
Before moving into kitchen renovations, Matt spent more than 20 years in healthcare supply chain roles, giving him strong project management and procurement expertise. He now has over seven years’ experience in kitchen renovations and, under his leadership, Dream Doors East Auckland was named Franchise of the Year in 2025.
Outside work, Matt still plays soccer, has coached women’s football, enjoys live music and concerts, and is a keen classic car enthusiast.
